Multiple Ways to Get Fit

  1. 1 on 1 Personal training

    Our flagship service. This is true personal training built for YOU. In 1 on 1 training the workouts are built specifically for your individual goals and needs. Our main areas of focus for every client are: strength, balance, mobility, and coordination. We offer either 30 minute or 1 hour sessions.

  2. Semi-Private Personal Training

    This is for those that thrive off of the energy of a group setting. In this program 2-4 clients will be working with one of our coaches who create a thoughtful and effective workout of the day. Workouts are modified as individual client needs arise to maintain safety and efficacy. The coach gives key individualized insights and feedback to all in the session as they move client to client and monitor their workout.

  3. HIIT Bootcamp Class

    Saturday mornings we offer an hour long HIIT style bootcamp class. This class is designed to build muscle, burn fat, and re-enforce what clients have learned during their week of training. This is a high value (and low cost) option to get more exercise in during the week. And its easier to get through an intense workout with others!
